Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (Must be based in Madrid and available to be in-office three days per week)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from self-generated pipeline to closing net-new mid-enterprise logos.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive long-term growth across the Spanish market.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline prospecting, shorten iteration cycles, and increase selling efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a premium buying experience.
  • Translate complex technical product capabilities into tangible business impact for commercial decision-makers.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Based in Madrid and available to be in-office three days per week.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (C1+ proficiency).
  • 6+ years of closing experience, preferably within SaaS or MarTech.
  • Proven track record of winning net-new business from self-generated leads.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals and sophisticated buying processes.
  • Technical confidence in translating product capability into business value.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CDPs, marketing automation, or the broader MarTech ecosystem.
  • Experience selling into retail, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
  • Prior experience building or expanding a market presence in Spain.
