Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (Must be based in Madrid and available to be in-office three days per week)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from self-generated pipeline to closing net-new mid-enterprise logos.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive long-term growth across the Spanish market.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline prospecting, shorten iteration cycles, and increase selling efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a premium buying experience.
- Translate complex technical product capabilities into tangible business impact for commercial decision-makers.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
Requirements
- Based in Madrid and available to be in-office three days per week.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (C1+ proficiency).
- 6+ years of closing experience, preferably within SaaS or MarTech.
- Proven track record of winning net-new business from self-generated leads.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals and sophisticated buying processes.
- Technical confidence in translating product capability into business value.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CDPs, marketing automation, or the broader MarTech ecosystem.
- Experience selling into retail, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
- Prior experience building or expanding a market presence in Spain.
