What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from initial discovery to closing high-value deals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects to drive company revenue.
- Partner directly with founders and cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Develop tailored solutions based on deep understanding of client pain points in regulated sectors.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve pitch decks and sales materials.
- Provide accurate forecasting and manage CRM updates to ensure sales operational excellence.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York (5 days/week).
- Proven track record as a top performer in enterprise B2B sales.
- Extensive experience managing complex, full-cycle SaaS or high-tech sales.
- Strong background in early-stage startups and high-growth company environments.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-ownership, high-urgency, and ambiguous cultures.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into insurance or other highly regulated industries.
- Background in insurtech or fintech sectors.
- Previous experience reporting directly to founders.
