TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving high-value enterprise deals and expanding market reach for a pioneering AI platform with an accent on complex B2B sales cycles and strategic account development. Focus on building and managing robust pipelines, collaborating with founders, and scaling sales processes within a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 OTE plus equity

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from initial discovery to closing high-value deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects to drive company revenue.
  • Partner directly with founders and cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop tailored solutions based on deep understanding of client pain points in regulated sectors.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve pitch decks and sales materials.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and manage CRM updates to ensure sales operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York (5 days/week).
  • Proven track record as a top performer in enterprise B2B sales.
  • Extensive experience managing complex, full-cycle SaaS or high-tech sales.
  • Strong background in early-stage startups and high-growth company environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-ownership, high-urgency, and ambiguous cultures.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into insurance or other highly regulated industries.
  • Background in insurtech or fintech sectors.
  • Previous experience reporting directly to founders.
