Focus on prospecting, building stakeholder relationships, managing sales processes, negotiating multi-year contracts, and partnering for customer success.

Location: Remote (United States). Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Compensation: $250K – $350K OTE (salary + commission + equity)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing multi-year AI, SaaS, and services contracts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise banks, fintechs, and credit unions
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across buying personas
  • Quarterback complex sales cycles, communicating proactively with internal and external teams
  • Negotiate contracts and partner with customer experience team for ongoing success

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience in closing role with success selling technical products to enterprises (6-12 month cycles)
  • Knowledge of and experience in banking, AI, SaaS, lending, or credit
  • Ability to quarterback complex sales processes strategically
  • Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Proven relationship-building across enterprise levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced startup; willingness to travel 20–30%
