Senior Customer Engineer, LATAM - MCR Bogotá, Colombia (AI) (Web Security, Networking, and AI): Driving technical go-to-market strategy through customer discovery, custom architectures, product demonstrations, PoCs, and long-term adoption with an accent on enterprise security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and AI-augmented workflows. Focus on designing complex architectures, automating RFP and telemetry workflows with AI agents, and connecting technical solutions to ROI, renewals, and account expansion.
Location: Hybrid, Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design custom architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept for security, networking, and developer platforms.
- Oversee technical onboarding and implementation, acting as the primary technical contact throughout customer adoption.
- Monitor customer health scores and telemetry to accelerate time-to-value and resolve implementation bottlenecks.
- Carry a variable quota tied to new business and account expansion, and lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews focused on ROI.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
- Use AI agents to automate RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring, and other routine workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
- Expertise in web security, networking, DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience in a quota-carrying or revenue-focused role, with knowledge of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong presentation skills for translating technical details into business strategy for C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with developer and AI products, including Workers AI, AI Gateway, or Vectorize.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integration scripts and API connectors.
