What you will do
- Drive inbound and outbound sales to acquire new clients for the advertising platform.
- Develop and execute multi-format advertising strategies (video, display, native) to meet brand objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end advertising lifecycle, from outreach and acquisition to campaign oversight and performance evaluation.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with marketing executives and media agencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams, product, and marketing to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics to provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required (resume must be submitted in English).
- Spanish: Native proficiency required.
- 4+ years of experience in digital media or advertising platforms.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end digital advertising sales for enterprise-level brands.
- Strong understanding of programmatic and mobile advertising ecosystems and performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Bogotá office.
