What you will do

• Own the commercial success of a portfolio of small offices.
• Nurture, negotiate, renew, and close membership opportunities with existing clients.
• Source, develop, and close new business by understanding and exceeding prospect needs.
• Maintain regular client touchpoints and deliver a high-quality member experience.
• Partner with Community Teams to place new members successfully.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data and execute sales and marketing processes.

Requirements

• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or related deal-closing roles.
• Demonstrated experience nurturing, negotiating, renewing, and closing sales.
• Experience succeeding in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
