Salary: $134,000 – $179,000

What you will do

• Develop category strategies for dark fiber, lit fiber, and carrier services to support rapid data center expansion.
• Lead RFPs and negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, SLAs, and build timelines, with major ISPs and fiber providers.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering to translate technical routes and latency requirements into executable sourcing packages.
• Establish supplier KPIs and lead performance reviews to ensure network delivery, availability, and resiliency.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle and maintain audit-ready sourcing documentation.
• Support expansion into new markets by securing early fiber access and scalable connectivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Telecom, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or network infrastructure.
• Direct experience sourcing and managing dark fiber, lit fiber, or telecom network services.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship (mandatory for export control compliance).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hyperscale, AI, or cloud infrastructure deployments.
• Familiarity with OSP fiber construction and colocation interconnects.
• Experience operating in global or multi-metro network environments.
• Proficiency with ERP, contract lifecycle management, and sourcing tools.
