What you will do

• Handle investor transactions and prepare capital calls.
• Produce NAVs (capital accounts, financial reports) and prepare annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement process improvements and automate fund administration.
• Manage complex challenges at the intersection of law, accounting, finance, regulation, and tax.
• Share knowledge with team members to optimize fund structures and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Accounting or Finance experience within the Funds industry.
• Experience preparing fund accounts and financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, or Lux GAAP.
• Strong understanding of complex fund accounting mechanisms, specifically closed-end Funds.
• Numerical Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accountancy or Finance.
• In-depth knowledge and interest in the Private Equity, Venture Capital, and startup ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA accountant.
