What you will do

• Prepare and maintain general ledgers and supporting schedules for real asset funds using Yardi.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or ASPE.
• Process capital activity calculations and notices, including capital calls and distributions.
• Perform NAV calculations and prepare investor-level reporting, including carried interest computations.
• Coordinate and review property-level data and valuations for consolidation at the Fund level.
• Mentor junior team members and review their work to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress.
• Demonstrable experience in the fund administration industry or audit.
• Experience working with real asset structures such as Property, REIT, SPV, JV, or Co-Invest.
