• Create automated processes for financial reporting and analytics.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, fund management, fintech, or crypto.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Deep understanding of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide sound judgment to senior management.
