TL;DR

Regional Lead, Corporate Events (Corporate Events): Managing high-visibility meetings and events across North America with an accent on regional leadership for the New York office and team development. Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 base/year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary escalation point and lead for all meetings and events in the New York region.
  • Manage a blended team of internal staff and third-party resources to drive performance and accountability.
  • Oversee enterprise event management, ensuring quality execution for high-visibility North American programs.
  • Drive the Client Experience strategy by setting goals, metrics, and post-event evaluation standards.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to influence event outcomes.
  • Ensure financial governance, compliance, and cost efficiency across all regional event planning.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in corporate meetings, events, or hospitality.
  • Must work in-office at the New York location 5 days a week.
  • Proven track record of leading complex events and managing diverse teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of event operations and meeting technology, specifically Cvent.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior management.
  • Ability to handle large volume, stressful workloads, and travel as needed.
