What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end execution of speaker bureau meetings, including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and logistics.
• Independently plan and execute virtual meetings, managing platform configuration and technical support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services and Meeting Services to drive project progress.
• Maintain client compliance and prepare accurate attendee spend reports in alignment with Open Payments guidelines.
• Review and reconcile final invoices and pass-through costs for assigned programs.
• Support leadership with strategic reporting and mentoring of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical hospitality role.
• Proven experience in planning speaker bureau meetings (live, virtual, or hybrid).
• Ability to travel up to 25-30% annually.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Teams, and Excel.
• Strong detail-orientation and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification.
• Experience with Cvent or similar bureau platforms.
