What you will do

• Own and manage the launch of new hirify.global services, from initial technology implementation to full operational setup.
• Lead and coach a frontline team of 30+ field operators and drivers, focusing on performance and culture.
• Manage critical relationships with public transit agency partners, local officials, and community stakeholders.
• Define and optimize KPIs related to on-time performance, rider satisfaction, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence the roadmap for hirify.global's newest offerings.
• Implement continuous improvements in vehicle operations and maintenance protocols to strengthen margins.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tech operations, startup expansion, or execution-focused consulting.
• Proven track record of implementing projects and running physical operations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret operational data and make logical business decisions.
• High adaptability and bias for action when navigating ambiguity and real-world friction.
• Effective communication skills for managing diverse partner relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
