Location: US Remote, East Coast/NYC Preferred

Salary: $170,000 - 180,000 (Metro 2), $160,000 - 170,000 (Metro 3) + variable commission/company bonus

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end product marketing for the Welcome solutions portfolio (Prefill for Consumer, Prefill for Business, Human Assurance, and future solutions as they scale).
  • Define positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and personas; translate product roadmap and customer value into market narratives.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches, pilots, and feature releases; develop core assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, demos, and website messaging).
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Solutions to turn roadmap updates into repeatable launch plans and sales-ready deliverables.
  • Create scalable templates, standards, playbooks, and workflows for consistent, fast cross-functional execution.
  • Develop verticalized messaging and enablement using voice-of-customer insights, customer proof, and industry-specific use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology (fintech, identity, fraud, payments, or security strongly preferred).
  • Experience owning product marketing for a solution portfolio or multiple related products.
  • hirify.globaln go-to-market execution experience: launches, enablement, and asset development.
  • Experience building sales enablement materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be based in the United States (Metro 2: NYC/Seattle/Los Angeles/Miami metro areas; Metro 3: all other domestic US cities excluding the San Francisco Bay Area).
