TL;DR

Senior People Partner (Web3): Shaping a high-performance, scalable global organization by partnering with business teams to drive organizational effectiveness and leadership capability with an accent on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Focus on navigating complex people challenges across multiple jurisdictions and strengthening leadership through coaching.

Location: Hybrid (New York). Must be based in the US to support US employment practices.

What you will do

  • Provide expert HR advisory on employee relations, performance management, grievance investigations, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Manage complex employee lifecycle processes including PIPs, exits, restructures, and legal-risk-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain global People policies ensuring compliance with US employment legislation and local requirements.
  • Partner with global leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability and improve team performance across diverse geographies.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives using people data and AI tools to improve retention and organizational health.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a People Partner or HRBP in fast-paced, scaling technology organizations.
  • Strong expertise in US employee relations and employment law.
  • Proven experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to leverage AI and automation tools to augment workflows and analyze data.
