What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on org design, headcount decisions, and leadership effectiveness.
- Own and resolve complex, multi-jurisdictional employee relations cases.
- Lead talent strategy execution, including performance calibration, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Utilize people data and AI-driven tools to identify trends and drive proactive interventions.
- Partner with People Programs to design and implement HR frameworks and toolkits.
- Drive high-value cross-functional projects, dedicating 20-30% of time to priority initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a People Business Partner supporting a global organization at scale.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and navigating complex multi-jurisdictional situations.
- Proven ability to drive talent strategy, performance management, and career development.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Location: Prioritizing applications from AMER.
