What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on org design, headcount decisions, and leadership effectiveness.
• Own and resolve complex, multi-jurisdictional employee relations cases.
• Lead talent strategy execution, including performance calibration, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Utilize people data and AI-driven tools to identify trends and drive proactive interventions.
• Partner with People Programs to design and implement HR frameworks and toolkits.
• Drive high-value cross-functional projects, dedicating 20-30% of time to priority initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Business Partner supporting a global organization at scale.
• Deep expertise in employee relations and navigating complex multi-jurisdictional situations.
• Proven ability to drive talent strategy, performance management, and career development.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Location: Prioritizing applications from AMER.
