What you will do

• Execute accurate end-to-end payroll processing for assigned employee populations.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local, and international tax regulations and SOX controls.
• Manage wage garnishments, unemployment claim requests, and payroll record retention.
• Oversee time and attendance processes in partnership with managers to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Human Resources to manage payroll interdependencies.
• Support system audits, configuration testing, and enhancements for payroll and time tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and Word.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools.
• Effective communication skills for business writing and presentations.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Payroll certification.
• Knowledge of ADP applications (Vantage, Data Bridge, ETime, Reporting) and Workday.
