Salary: $110,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including T&E, general ledger activity, and cash management.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end close processes, including complex journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and support intercompany transactions and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support annual audit initiatives by preparing documentation for external auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including AI automation and new system workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with a blend of public and private sector work.
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth technology environment.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, California.

• CPA certification.
