What you will do

  • Execute cross-channel customer lifecycle communications via email, in-product messaging, webinars, and community resources.
  • Map and continuously improve customer journeys from onboarding through renewal to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support retention initiatives by identifying churn risks and implementing re-engagement programs.
  • Manage customer advocacy programs, including the coordination of references, referrals, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Develop customer-facing content such as success stories and education materials that highlight ROI and value.
  • Analyze performance data (NPS/CSAT, usage trends) to refine messaging and segmentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B lifecycle or customer marketing experience.
  • Proven track record with retention, advocacy, renewals, or expansion initiatives.
  • Must be located in or able to work from El Segundo, CA or Minneapolis, MN.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills for managing multiple simultaneous programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform improvements.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
