Regional People Partner

Location: Denver International Airport (DEN), Denver, Colorado, United States; in-operation, onsite role with up to 50% travel

Base salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Partner with regional Airport Operations leaders and advise them on people-related decisions.
• Coach station leaders and managers through training, feedback, recognition, and difficult situations.
• Manage employee and labor relations matters, including investigations, root-cause analysis, and fair, consistent resolutions in partnership with Legal.
• Use employee data, survey results, and frontline feedback to develop actionable recommendations.
• Partner with People and Operations on onboarding, process improvements, and consistent People practices across stations.
• Improve employee relations resolution, engagement, retention, leadership program adoption, and process consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR or People Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting hourly or frontline teams and handling complex employee relations matters.
• Strong judgment, empathy, and ability to build trust with operational leaders.
• Ability to interpret employee data and feedback and turn insights into action.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing operational environment.
• Ability to work onsite at Denver International Airport and travel up to 50%.
