Sr HR Business Partner

Location: Remote; travel up to 25% as needed

Salary: $87,500–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and translate business needs into actionable talent strategies.
• Advise on employee relations, organizational changes, employment compliance, and internal policies.
• Lead succession planning, development plans, organizational design, and efforts to address talent gaps.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to support decisions, business goals, and organizational trend monitoring.
• Lead HR initiatives, programs, and special projects while mentoring team members.
• Contribute to culture, recognition, compensation, and talent management efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR-specific software.
• Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
• Knowledge of immigration processes and HR compliance.
• HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
