Senior People Business Partner

Location: United States, Remote

Base pay range: $105,000–$120,000 USD annually. Total compensation may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and other applicable incentives.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with Customer organization leaders and embed people strategy into operating rhythms, planning, and business decisions.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent calibration, promotion reviews, and engagement action planning.
• Advise executives, directors, and managers on team design, performance management, growth, and complex people decisions.
• Lead large-scale change initiatives, including business transformation, rapid scaling, restructuring, and organization-wide people projects.
• Own complex employee relations matters, including investigations, recommended outcomes, and terminations, while managing risk and fairness.
• Analyze workforce and HRIS data, use AI tools responsibly, develop scalable programs, and mentor Associate and mid-level People Business Partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent in a technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, organizational change, and performance management.
• Depth in complex employee relations, investigations, terminations, risk mitigation, and values-aligned decision-making.
• Experience facilitating talent and promotion calibration, engagement action planning, and data-driven workforce initiatives.
• Experience mentoring or coaching HR practitioners and advising leaders from front-line managers through executives.
• Hands-on AI tool experience, sound judgment regarding privacy and ethical risks, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Customer Success, Support, Services, or Sales teams.
• Experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS and Google Workspace.
• Experience with global mobility, international teams, engagement surveys, high-growth environments, or private-equity-backed companies.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR.
