What you will do

• Serve as the lead Strategic Analytics Partner for the programmatic advertising business to drive revenue strategies.
• Design and oversee the development of scalable, self-service BI architecture using Tableau or Power BI.
• Manage and mentor a team of high-performing analysts, fostering technical excellence and business curiosity.
• Perform advanced behavioral analytics, including LTV modeling, retention cohorts, and complex A/B/n testing.
• Prototype and deploy AI agents to automate routine diagnostic tasks and performance narratives.
• Partner with Agile Engineering and Data Platforms teams to optimize data schemas and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a hands-on analytical role solving complex business problems.
• Expert-level SQL mastery (4+ years) for complex data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (3+ years) with a focus on executive dashboard UX/UI.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and a deep understanding of modern data warehousing concepts.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Los Angeles area (El Segundo, CA).
