What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and its integration with Office applications.
• Teach end users practical, role-relevant methods to improve daily productivity using AI.
• Develop and refine training materials, demos, and quick-reference guides for diverse audiences.
• Field end-user questions and adapt explanations to varying technical skill levels.
• Maintain deep expertise across AI productivity tools including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, and Gemini.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align training content with specific customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Government Security Clearance.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, enablement, or support role.
• Strong working familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the Office suite.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Comfortable presenting to live audiences of varying technical skill levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%) to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 or similar AI assistants.
• Background in adult learning, instructional design, or technical training.
• Experience building lightweight agents in Copilot Studio.
