TL;DR

Training and Development Supervisor (Education): Leading a training facilitation team for a Customer Experience Center with an accent on aligning learning goals with business objectives. Focus on designing training programs, coaching trainers, and integrating AI tools to improve business outcomes.

Location: Must reside within a 30 mile radius of Lincoln, NE. Hybrid model: 24 hours of in-office work per week.

Salary: Minimum $60,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead, train, develop, and retain a team of trainers through one-on-one coaching.
  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and course curricula.
  • Track participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training via assessment and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and distribute reports on training outcomes and trainer performance.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to implement and communicate policy or system changes.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence tools responsibly to increase efficiencies.

Requirements

  • United States citizenship is required (must complete US Government security clearance).
  • 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word).

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools, agents, and automation (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Power BI).
