TL;DR

Support Enablement Manager (SaaS): Developing and delivering comprehensive training and enablement programs for the Support organization with an accent on technical readiness, onboarding, and continuous skill development. Focus on driving data-driven performance improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring support engineers are equipped to troubleshoot complex identity infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid role requiring presence in Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; or Toronto, ON.

Salary: $114,000 – $157,300 USD (US) / $110,700 – $150,700 CAD (Canada).

What you will do

  • Identify and communicate technical and role readiness needs for the Support organization.
  • Design, create, and deliver enablement programs ranging from onboarding to everboarding.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product and content development, to build effective training solutions.
  • Take a data-driven approach to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and performance management.
  • Lead discovery sessions with business leaders to refine requirements and program goals.
  • Engage continuously with Support Engineers to validate requirements and gather feedback for program curation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Support Engineering or a similar role within a Support organization.
  • 5+ years of enablement experience in the software industry.
  • Demonstrable communication and executive presence skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment.
  • Deep understanding of support and enablement strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Current Okta certification.
  • Experience in support operations and program management.
  • Industry and product knowledge.
