Operations Training Manager

Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead and manage the operations learning delivery function, overseeing onboarding for ~200 new hires annually.
• Develop and coach a team of 3-5 facilitators to ensure high-quality training delivery and professional growth.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify knowledge gaps and translate business needs into effective learning interventions.
• Manage the training calendar and team capacity to align with hiring plans and operational priorities.
• Monitor trainee performance trends and operational metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ensure 100% CE completion.
• Facilitate training sessions approximately 30% of the time to support team capacity and high-priority initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 40 approved US states.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or operations enablement.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience worhirify.globalg in a highly regulated industry such as insurance, finance, or health care.
• Proven ability to lead and develop trainers in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience in virtual or in-person learning.
