Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead and manage the operations learning delivery function, overseeing onboarding for ~200 new hires annually.
- Develop and coach a team of 3-5 facilitators to ensure high-quality training delivery and professional growth.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify knowledge gaps and translate business needs into effective learning interventions.
- Manage the training calendar and team capacity to align with hiring plans and operational priorities.
- Monitor trainee performance trends and operational metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ensure 100% CE completion.
- Facilitate training sessions approximately 30% of the time to support team capacity and high-priority initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 40 approved US states.
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or operations enablement.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Experience worg in a highly regulated industry such as insurance, finance, or health care.
- Proven ability to lead and develop trainers in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience in virtual or in-person learning.
