What you will do

• Manage a caseload of complex multi-track injury claims typically ranging from £100k to £500k.
• Support the Lead Lawyer on catastrophic injury claims exceeding £1 million.
• Advise insurer clients on liability, quantum, indemnity, and legal strategy.
• Draft pleadings, defences, and counter-schedules for complex cases.
• Conduct forensic analysis of medical and liability evidence and provide technical reserve assessments.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues within the team.

Requirements

• Qualification as a Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent legal experience.
• Proven experience handling high-value, multi-track personal injury claims.
• Strong understanding of litigation practice, case law, and insurance principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bolton office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with the MIB, Uninsured/Untraced Drivers Agreements, or Article 75.
