Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project plans based on available resources.
• Coordinate installation activities with clients to minimize business disruption.
• Manage vendor activities and provide daily progress updates to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary backup contact for clients when the Project Manager is unavailable.
• Track project expenses and process vendor invoices within the ERP system.
• Generate open case reports to provide project visibility to management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Cypress, California (Hybrid)
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with considerable independence.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Mid-Advanced level Excel.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• LinkedIn certifications specific to project coordination.
