What you will do

• Manage project communications, scheduling, and task lists for technical teams.
• Serve as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate system programming, final checkout, and project turnover to sales and service departments.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document potential issues or solutions.
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure accurate documentation across internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and technical support to project team members to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with a valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of project administration or project management experience.
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to construction sites.
• Experience in a client-facing role with professional communication skills.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial construction or Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• PMP or CSPM certification.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, or Avigilon systems.
