What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations, communications, and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, CAD, programming teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project financials, including labor, equipment, and materials budgets to ensure profitability.
• Perform field verification of work sites and manage site-related issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Facilitate design reviews and coordinate system programming and final checkout.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager in broadcast or audio-visual system installations.
• Must be based in the USA with valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage electrical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to manage complex variables, including schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• PMP certification is highly desired.
