What you will do

• Drive cross-functional projects focused on customer service and order-to-cash process improvements.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource tracking.
• Lead project meetings and working sessions, documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies to support standardization or automation.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as order cycle time, billing timeliness, and invoice accuracy.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk logs, issue trackers, and decision registers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project coordination, customer service operations, or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting order-to-cash processes.
• Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting business transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
