What you will do
- Drive cross-functional projects focused on customer service and order-to-cash process improvements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource tracking.
- Lead project meetings and working sessions, documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies to support standardization or automation.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as order cycle time, billing timeliness, and invoice accuracy.
- Maintain project documentation, including risk logs, issue trackers, and decision registers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in project coordination, customer service operations, or finance operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting order-to-cash processes.
- Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting business transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
