Scrum Master

TL;DR

Scrum Master (AdTech): Coordinating Ad Integration & Technology programs across the NBCU Operations & Technology portfolio with an accent on facilitating agile ceremonies and removing project impediments. Focus on driving team velocity, managing cross-functional stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful implementation of digital ad tech initiatives.

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Manage medium to large-scale projects through sprints and project phases.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, user story sizing, and MVP definition.
• Communicate team metrics and provide transparency on sprint/release progress to management.
• Track and remove impediments to ensure team velocity and project success.
• Update program management systems and assist with budget, forecast, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and SAFe Agilist certification.
• Excellent working knowledge of Atlassian workflows and operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global project teams with competing priorities.
• Experience within the media and entertainment industry.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Additional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or CSM.
