What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and market penetration for strategic products and markets within the Midwest region.
• Manage and motivate both representative and direct sales organizations to achieve corporate goals.
• Oversee key accounts, distribution programs, and value-added integrator programs.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth plans to increase market share.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts, manage area budgets, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Develop detailed technical proposals and cost-effective solutions for complex heat transfer applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering degree preferred).
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in related industrial markets.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic area of responsibility (Midwest US).
• Strong communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as required.
