What you will do

• Provide technical guidance in sales cases, including qualifying sales and defining optimal solutions.
• Calculate customer’s return on investment and interface to understand business issues.
• Develop sales materials, proposal templates, and pricing models for the North American market.
• Conduct customer visits focused on scope discovery, sales activities, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with global and regional business development and sales groups.
• Promote knowledge sharing between the product group and regions.

Requirements

• Legally entitled to work in the USA.
• Ability and willingness to travel to domestic sites (25-50%).
• Graduate of a bachelor's or diploma program in electrical engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering and/or sales.
• Strong understanding of the pulp and/or paper mill process.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (English).
