Salary: $70,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in HubSpot.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business prospects.
Requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
- 6+ years of experience in a similar engineering or proposal-focused role.
- Proven experience in cost estimating, proposal writing, or technical sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 10–15% of the time.
