What you will do
- Manage a defined list of key accounts and OEMs to drive sales growth and market extension.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments including engineering and operations.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, including pricing, contract renewals, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing to prospect new OEM and contractor accounts.
- Monitor market and competitive trends to effectively position company value.
- Develop and manage forecasts and budgets for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or industrial technology required.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial sales or key account management.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process requirements.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
- Must be able to travel 25-50% for overnight local visits.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Experience at the HQ level in industrial sales.
