What you will do

• Drive revenue and profit growth in the assigned industrial market.
• Manage and motivate Rep and Direct sales organizations to achieve corporate goals.
• Develop short-term and long-term growth plans to increase market share.
• Oversee key accounts, distribution, and value-added integrator programs.
• Solve complex heat transfer applications and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and manage the area budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering degree preferred).
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in related markets.
• Must reside within the designated geographic area of responsibility (Pittsburgh/USA).
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as required.
