What you will do

• Lead the assembly of prototypes and low-volume production products through direct hands-on work.
• Design and create manufacturing aids, jigs, and fixtures to optimize the build process.
• Provide daily technical support to assembly line personnel to resolve build issues in real time.
• Collaborate with design engineering to improve Design for Manufacturability (DFM) based on physical build experience.
• Create detailed build instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production staff.
• Perform root-cause analysis on build failures using methodologies such as 5 Whys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related engineering field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Horsham, PA.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and electrical schematics.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electromechanical issues.
