What you will do

• Analyze SPC data to monitor process stability and drive continuous improvement in cycle time and labor hours.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and routing documentation.
• Support New Product Introductions (NPI) through design reviews, PFMEAs, and manufacturability assessments.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Manage equipment calibration and procurement for manufacturing instruments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design and Manufacturing Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or NX.
• Knowledge of SPC, Lean/Six Sigma principles, and manufacturing processes.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.
• Must be based in Wilton, CT.
