What you will do

• Manage technical aspects of product and process transfer to manufacturing partners.
• Conduct and coordinate formal Process Validations and Qualifications, including protocol development.
• Drive PFMEA, Design for Manufacturability (DfM), Demand Flow Technology, and Design for Six Sigma.
• Act as a technical liaison with manufacturers to improve yield and reduce production costs.
• Assist in the evaluation and design of fixtures, equipment, test methods, and layouts.
• Ensure strict adherence to product specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required (no sponsorship available for this level).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work off-hours to support global manufacturers across different time zones.
