Salary: $250,000/Yr

(LTC ACO) partners with primary care groups to improve outcomes and drive success in the Medicare Shared Savings Program for long-term care providers.
What you will do
- Own the full commercial strategy, including sales pipeline development, business development partnerships, and market expansion.
- Lead and align marketing efforts to support growth objectives and brand positioning.
- Drive value-based care contracting strategy and relationship management with payers and ACO partners.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to align growth initiatives with care delivery capabilities.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with leading industry organizations and advocacy groups in the post-acute space.
- Represent the organization as a thought leader and brand ambassador at key industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience in healthcare, with direct exposure to long-term care settings or provider-side operations.
- Track record of success in MSSP and/or other value-based care contracting environments.
- Demonstrated history of driving measurable revenue growth and scaling sales pipelines in a healthcare environment.
- Experience recruiting and leading high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Established network within LTC and post-acute industry organizations and conference communities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
