Senior Solution Consultant

TL;DR

Senior Solution Consultant (Project Management/Business Analysis): Leading operational execution and analytical insights across the innovation lifecycle from discovery to scale with an accent on competitor assessment and solution development. Focus on designing innovation business cases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing operational processes.

Location: Remote (US). Must be able to travel approximately 5 times per year to Staples, MN

Salary: $99,200 – $124,000

• Lead competitor assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Execute project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams within a program management framework.
• Develop prototypes and business cases to shape innovation strategy and roadmaps.
• Design products and services that address customer needs using optimized systems.
• Conduct primary research on key themes and industry trends.
• Improve existing processes and procedures through established change management programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or solution development.
• PMI certification required.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel.
• Proven experience in public speaking and sales presentations.
• Must be based in the US and able to meet travel requirements to Minnesota.
