Что делать
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze and model business processes using BPMN and recommend improvements.
- Configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code/no-code tools.
- Support the full project lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Conduct UAT sessions and end-user training.
Требования
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with the Creatio platform.
- Strong understanding of BPMN, CRM principles, and workflow automation.
- Experience in eliciting requirements, writing specifications, and facilitating workshops.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
