Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 / year

What you will do
- Own HubSpot CRM strategy, designing scalable workflows, lifecycle stages, and pipeline reporting.
- Eliminate manual processes through automation, tooling, and systems optimization.
- Build reporting and insights to provide visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion trends.
- Implement AI-powered workflows in partnership with GTM Engineering and Data teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve alignment across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM architecture and automation.
- Demonstrated success leveraging AI and automation to improve business operations.
- Must be based in the USA
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS and/or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gong, Clay, Zapier, Make, Apollo, or n8n.
- HubSpot certifications.
- Strong project management and process optimization experience.
