TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 / year

What you will do

  • Own HubSpot CRM strategy, designing scalable workflows, lifecycle stages, and pipeline reporting.
  • Eliminate manual processes through automation, tooling, and systems optimization.
  • Build reporting and insights to provide visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion trends.
  • Implement AI-powered workflows in partnership with GTM Engineering and Data teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve alignment across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM architecture and automation.
  • Demonstrated success leveraging AI and automation to improve business operations.
  • Must be based in the USA
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS and/or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gong, Clay, Zapier, Make, Apollo, or n8n.
  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Strong project management and process optimization experience.
