What you will do

• Manage and coordinate BIM models for fire protection and life safety across all project stakeholders.
• Lead clash detection using Navisworks, facilitating resolution workflows and tracking issues through closure.
• Enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), including modeling standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements.
• Act as a bridge between design teams and field operations to ensure models reflect real-world site conditions.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for all BIM deliverables to identify and resolve constructability issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to track RFIs and change requests for timely model incorporation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of BIM coordination experience, ideally on large, complex or industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience performing clash detection and managing coordination workflows.
• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ to support the local team.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor, data center, or large industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety codes (NFPA, FM Global).
• Experience leading coordination efforts or mentoring junior staff.
