What you will do

• Lead BIM execution by ensuring models and drawing sets are coordinated, constructible, and aligned with standards.
• Translate engineering markups and design intent into clear, buildable documentation.
• Manage model structure and health, performing clash detection and resolving modeling conflicts.
• Mentor and train Designers in Revit best practices, documentation habits, and company standards.
• Improve BIM workflows by refining tools, templates, and contributing to GitHub repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams and engineers to maintain project delivery momentum.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent BIM production experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit and coordinated modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Asana, and GitHub.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to manage BIM workflows across several projects and resolve production issues independently.
• Solid understanding of cross-discipline coordination and building system interactions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technology system layouts (telecom/ICT, audiovisual, security, acoustics, or network).
• Autodesk Certified Professional certification.
• Industry certifications such as CDT, CTS (AV), RCDD (Telecom), or PSP/CPP (Security).
