Deosan Agri Business Development Manager (Dairy Hygiene)

Location: Republic of Ireland, field-based, with responsibility for Northern Ireland. The role is primarily focused on customer visits in the Republic of Ireland, with Northern Ireland managed largely remotely and planned travel approximately once or twice per month.

What you will do

• Develop trusted relationships with dairy farmers and agri-businesses across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Grow sales within existing accounts and secure new business across the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate dairy hygiene, cleaning, and washing solutions and provide tailored product advice.
• Lead sales discussions and contract negotiations to build long-term customer partnerships.
• Manage Northern Ireland key accounts through remote engagement and occasional site visits.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and collaborate with internal teams on customer service and product delivery.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in agriculture, dairy, or farming supplies.
• Genuine interest in the dairy and farming industry.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable independently managing a large territory.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• A qualification in agriculture, agri-business, or a related discipline is advantageous.

• Practical farming experience or the ability to combine the role with part-time farming.
