Finance Manager (AI)

Location: Remote candidates in other locations are welcome; candidates in Bellevue, Washington; Mountain View, California; San Francisco, California; and Seattle, Washington are encouraged.

Salary: $152,200–$209,350 USD or $169,100–$232,550 USD annually, depending on pay zone. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Analyze consumption growth drivers and lead end-to-end recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Commercialization, Data Science, Accounting, IT, and Business Operations teams.
• Build and maintain financial and operational models supporting real-time forecasts for key financial metrics.
• Develop data-driven narratives, reports, charts, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Propose solutions to improve key financial metrics in partnership with the GTM organization.
• Improve, standardize, simplify, and control financial processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, data analytics, or related roles.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships, especially with GTM organizations.
• Experience understanding and maintaining complex financial models and spreadsheets.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, including presenting financial data through reports, charts, and narratives.
• Experience with GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics.
