Customer Success Manager, Ads Solutions (Adtech): Managing a portfolio of advertising partners to drive onboarding and growth on hirify.global’s advertising platform with an accent on relationship management and performance analysis. Focus on optimizing campaign outcomes, translating data into strategic recommendations, and improving the overall advertiser experience.

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners as the primary point of contact.
  • Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure product adoption.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify growth opportunities through increased product adoption and incremental investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to resolve issues.
  • Surface advertiser feedback and insights to inform product improvements and long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, or consulting.
  • Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data querying (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Tokyo, Japan.
